We like to describe the food and menu at SUR Beach House Los Cabos as seafood with a Baja twist. Chef Andres crafts dishes that utilize the bounty of Baja’s fresh fish and seafood while leaning into traditional Mexican dishes and flavors.

The lunch and dinner menus feature an extensive raw bar with items like oysters, King crab, and plump shrimp. You can also enjoy hand-rolled sushi like the soft shell crab roll, tiger roll, or kampachi roll. The wine list has been curated to suit a variety of palates. You will find wines from Magoni and Monte Xanic in Valle de Guadalupe, but also Grgich, Ridge Vineyards in Santa Cruz, and Daou in Paso. We were actually surprised to see so many California wines when the resort is a short drive to some of the best wineries in Valle de Guadalupe.

• Our number one recommended tip for dining at SUR is to order multiple dishes and share. This is the best way to experience as many dishes as possible. 
• SUR Beach House boasts stunning views of the iconic El Arco rock formation and the endless blue horizon of the Sea of Cortez. You can even book a boat ride from the hotel to the arch!
• Book a table at sunset for one of the most beautiful ocean sunsets you’ve ever seen.
• If you’re staying at the hotel after lunch, get a massage next door at The Sand Bar. You couldn’t ask for a better day in Cabo.
