MIMI is a French bistro that feels more like Paris than it does New York. In a good way. The food, as Pete Wells puts it, provides “a celebration of appetite, an occasion to eat with joy and lust.” Linger over porc rillets, madai drowned in brown butter, and gnocchi parisienne, then do as the French do, and don’t skip dessert.
