The Restaurant seeks out ingredients from farmers and purveyors of quality produce, locally sourced where we can, including our own on-site Garden. Our two acre Garden plot provides the majority of our produce in season. Our menu is continually changing as the seasonal produce to be prepared by the kitchen for your dining enjoyment.
