L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele serves traditional Neapolitan pizza, using the same recipes and importing the same ingredients used at its origin restaurant. Head Pizzaiolo Michele Rubini, who trained in Napoli, will serve the concept’s two classic pizzas, Marinara and Margherita, with plans to expand the menu with the location’s own unique twist in the future.
