*North Carolina allows one glass of wine or beer or one cocktail per person at a time. So if you have a bottle of red and a bottle of white open, each guest may only have one wine glass in front of them. If you order a cocktail before your wine or beer, the wine cannot be poured until the cocktail is finished and removed from the table. Rhubarb highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients on its regular menu and weekly Sunday suppers where guests sit at communal tables and pass family-style plates.
